The People of Exhibition Park
Exhibition Park residents are among the most environmentally conscious in Guelph and they keep this neighbourhood green and clean. Take a walk around the park and their love for it is tangible. Professionals, young families and seniors all are proud to call this area home.
The stunning architecture, tall trees, and general atmosphere combined makes Exhibition Park an incredible place to live. It truly is stunning, especially on a crisp autumn day. The park was established in 1871 to host community exhibitions like horse racing and livestock sheds—hence the name. These days, you will still find exhibitions such as the BIG Food Truck Picnic.
What to Keep in Mind
There’s not a lot to keep in mind when it comes to this neighbourhood, but the prices of the homes reflect this. Houses small and large command some of the highest prices in the city and they don’t last long on the market.
