Exhibition Park

There’s no shortage of love for one of Guelph’s oldest neighbourhoods. Exhibition Park is home to Hastings Stadium and the Guelph Royals baseball team and is also used for dog walks, yoga and good old fashioned play.

Downtown Guelph

There’s always something to do or see in Downtown Guelph! The joy of living here is the spontaneity of stepping out of your home and finding delicious dining, entertainment, shopping, and transit a short walk away.

Riverside Park

Riverside Park is where the Guelph community comes together for events such as Ribfest, the Multicultural Festival and our Canada Day celebrations. The homes surrounding the park are charming and the area is generally quiet and safe.

Clairfields

To the west of Westminster Woods, you will find the less populated Clairfields. The residential neighbourhood takes up only a corner, the rest is Hanlon Creek Conservation Area loved by nature and athletic enthusiasts.

General Hospital

The area is quiet (you are in a hospital zone after all) and lovely with beautiful old homes surrounded by tall trees. If you are looking for a well-priced home with tons of character in a convenient neighbourhood, start here.

Grange Hill

Grange Hill in Guelph’s east end is a great option for more affordable housing compared to other expanding neighbourhoods in the south. Its new services and amenities will complete this family-friendly community.

Kortright East

This lovely sought after neighbourhood has quiet streets with well-appointed homes. Conveniently located south of the University and just off the Gordon Street corridor, it is easy to get to where you need to go.

Kortright Hills

Serene, lush conservation areas, trails and parks are the backdrop of Kortright Hills homes. Snuggled between the Speed River and Hanlon Parkway, Kortright Hills hides away surprises among its rolling hills of beautiful family homes.

Kortright West

With an abundance of trails, Preservation Park, and many beautiful green spaces, Kortright West is one of the best places in Guelph to walk or bike. It is easy to get “lost” in the forest and be at one with nature.

Old University

Steeped in heritage and prestige, this area is the most postcard worthy in town. Each home in the Old University neighbourhood has a story to tell, and it is usually a good one!

Perched atop the highest hill in the city are some of Guelph’s oldest and finest homes. Stately mansions, sprawling yards and beautiful architecture define this area. There are also some quaint family homes tucked away off of Metcalfe St.
