There’s a period of time each year when the great outdoors just doesn’t offer up many choices for fun activities, unless of course you enjoy slogging around on miserable days relishing the “wintry mix” which is fancy speak for slushy awful weather. I am not a fan. Chances of a good time are far greater indoors, and I’ve found a fantastic place to “escape” .

Ignatius Farm

Spring is finally here! Something I’m really excited about this year is the garden plot we have rented at Ignatius Farm located at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre on Highway 6 North. Last summer we rented a 1000 square foot plot and it was a great learning experience as well as a fantastic bounty of delicious vegetables.
